Most programs begin the week of Apr 13. Watch your email for session updates closer to the start date. If there have been insufficient registrations in a program 9 days before it's scheduled start date the program will be cancelled and we will issue refunds. So don't wait! Fitness Yoga - $45

Age 16+ - Mondays 7:00 - 8:00 pm - 7 sessions: Apr 13, 20. 27, May 4, 11, 25, June 1 (Ecole Cardinal Leger School Gym)

This class focuses on strength, flexibility and mobility. With an emphasis on proper technique and alignment you’ll build a solid foundation while relieving tension and improving posture. Ideal for enhancing your physical well being.

Drop In Badminton - $15

All ages - Tuesdays 6:30 - 8:30 pm - 8 sessions: Apr 14, 21, 28, May 5, 12, 19, 26, June 9 (Ecole College Park School Gym

This is an unstructured 2-hour open gym time especially for playing badminton! We‘ve got the nets covered, Bring your own rackets!

Outdoor Kids Club - $30

Age 7-12 - Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00 pm - 6 sessions: May 7, 14, 21, 28, June 4, 11

Kids gotta play outside! This one hour session explores a different outdoor activity each week. Last spring we made kites and flew them, painted with bubbles and so much more! Look for new activities this season! Sometimes things can get messy but it will always be loads of fun!

Tai Chi - $70

Age 18+ - Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:00 pm - 8 sessions total; 6 sessions: Apr 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13, 27 (Ecole College Park School Gym), 2 sessions: May 20, June 3 (Ecole Cardinal Leger School Gym) Our experienced instructor, Shirley, will guide you through gentle, flowing movements designed to improve balance, flexibility, and strength.

Abstract Art for kids - $55/ 4 classes

Age 6-12+ - Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:30 pm - 2 sessions of 4 classes each; 1st session: Apr 15, 22, 29, May 6. 2nd session: May 13, 20, 27, June 3. (Ecole Cardinal Leger School Multipurpose Room)

These classes are expressive workshop based sessions focusing on building new abstract art techniques and are suitable for all skill levels . They aim to inspire creativity and self-expression. Participants are introduced to abstract art techniques through doodle art, abstract craft collages, collaborative mural art, nature inspired projects, mixed media and more. Young artists are encouraged to think outside the box and discover their own unique artistic style in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Little Buns & Braids Hair Workshop - $30/ session

All ages - Thursdays 6:00 - 7:30 pm - Your choice of session date - Choose from May 14, or June 11.

Each class is the perfect opportunity for all skill levels to learn something new to do with the little girls in their lives hair. There will be simple style tutorials for all ages. Each participant will have the chance to learn casual styles perfect for school as well as how to brush without pulling. We will touch on more formal styles for special occasions as well. Yes dance parents, that means BRAIDING and ballerina buns. There will be an opportunity to work with hot tools like curling irons/flat irons, accessories and all products will be provided. This is the perfect opportunity to just show up with your daughter and leave with a princess.

Each class will cover:

•proper brushing techniques to avoid hair pulling 

•hair washing and how to coach your child so it actually comes out clean 

•product usage to tame wild waves, frizzy ends and tangly areas 

May: BUNS

- ballerina buns

- messy bun (how to make them not just a mess)

- braided buns and more 

June: Wedding Season, how to style for more formal events

- how to safely use different hot tools

- how to curl hair for any age

- cute pony tails, pinned up styles and more

Session cost is for one parent/child pair. Offered by Kristen Fries - a hairstylist local to College Park!

Into to Circus - $15

Age 5+ - Thursdays 7:00 - 8:00 pm - 3 sessions: May 14, 21, 28 (Ecole Cardinal Leger School Gym)

Circus arts are a great way to try something new, and explore your creativity while being physically active! Activities include juggling, spinning plates, flowersticks, pogo sticks, stilts, unicycles, rola bolas, diabolos, and kendamas! Sessions will provide participants the opportunity to explore activities at their own pace, with the support of the instructor.

Parents and caregivers who choose to stay are welcome to join in on the fun -- circus arts is for everyone! Helmets can be provided but participants are encouraged to bring their own helmet to wear when using the unicycles, stilts, rola bola's and pogo sticks.
